Management reports, ongoing monitoring and assessment of the company's financial standing by the Management Board are necessary to plan the next steps in its development, and allow the necessary corrective actions to be taken in due course.
At the individual request of a client, Credos experts prepare an analysis of the company's financial situation and present it, together with recommendations, in the form of a management report.
The management reports include: preparation of financial statements and their analysis, preparation and analysis of reports on the implementation of financial plans, current reports according to the models presented by the Client. We usually prepare reports based on the accounting program - Symfonia Forte or MS-Excell. They are always individual in nature and are adapted to the requirements of a single company or the standards adopted in a group of companies.
We are also ready to carry out orders in accordance with the needs of foreign companies working on other standards.
